All services are provided subject to written quotations, proposals, or separate service agreements where applicable.


3. Quotations & Agreements

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A project is considered accepted once the client confirms the proposal in writing or pays the requested deposit.

Any work requested outside the original project scope may require an additional quotation and separate approval.


4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the relevant quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or according to agreed project milestones.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • Weblords LTD reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

All prices are stated in the agreed currency unless otherwise specified.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Supply requested content and materials promptly.
  • Review work within reasonable timeframes.
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted content, images, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

Project delays caused by missing client materials may affect agreed timelines.


6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website or project deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock assets, frameworks, and licensed components.
  • Weblords LTD retains ownership of proprietary development methods, templates, internal tools, and reusable code libraries.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Domain registrars
  • Analytics platforms
  • AI platforms
  • Marketing platforms
  • Social media services

Weblords LTD is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.


8. Website Content

Clients are solely responsible for all content published on their websites, including compliance with applicable laws, copyrights, trademarks, and regulations.

Weblords LTD reserves the right to refuse projects containing illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.


9. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change due to:

  • Client revisions
  • Delayed content submission
  • Third-party delays
  • Technical circumstances beyond our control

We will communicate any significant changes as early as reasonably possible.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weblords LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


11. Warranties

We strive to deliver professional services of a high standard.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Marketing performance
  • Advertising results
  • Sales or revenue increases
  • Continuous availability of third-party platforms

Results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.


12. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.


13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Deposits already paid may be non-refundable where work has commenced.


14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, we process personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


15. Changes to These Terms

Weblords LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
